Should I ask to return my 2012 Ford F150 to the dealership

I purchased a 2012 Ford F150 with clicking coming from the front end 1
week after I purchased it. about the same time I engaged the 4x4 and the
right and left front tires didn't engage. also the drivers rear side tire was stuck
or just was sliding in the sand when i put the truck in drive. I purchased this
from a relative who is a car salesman at dealership in South Dakota, I live in
Minnesota. I never test drove the truck because I live in a different sate and
didn't have a way to look at a vehicle. I took this truck to a ford dealership
yesterday and I'm waiting to hear what wrong with it. I have purchased a
warranty through my bank, I does cover some 4x4 repairs but, the other the
other problem my be a cv axle tie rod ball joint or something similar. If my
warranty doesn't cover all the repairs should I try to return the F150 back to
the dealership. It was sold as is, when the dealership delivered the truck I
signed the paperwork and then they left. I felt like they were in a hurry and
so I didn't ask to test drive it. I The guys who delivered the F150 Truck said
the vehicle runs like a champ. I asked the salesman about problems with the
4x4 and he said the previous owner said he used it so it was suppose to be
working according to the salesman. If the needed repairs aren't covered by
my warranty I may just have to take the truck possibly to get fixed at a
cheaper repair shop in my area. Ford is expensive.
