I don't have an answer, I have the exact same problem and was wondering if you ever found a solution

Never did get a definitive answer. They said, they had heard of one other case, and he changed out the dash readout. I don't drive the truck much, but after about 2 months in trip B I switched to A and I'll be darned if it didn't work. I took a 300 mi trip to Glenwood Springs and back 2 weeks ago. When I went to clear the data when I got home, it all cleared and the amder band came back. I'm back to trip B. So no solution.

I haven't explored it yet myself, was hoping maybe you might have had a solution. It is something that just happened a few weeks ago. If I ever come up with anything, I will post it. Thanks for your input.
Have you tried to disconnect and reconnect the battery? Sometimes a reboot will fix things.

That is actually something I was considering trying. I was hoping someone might have had a solution before I started actually doing anything. I think I will give that a try - will get back on that when I do. Thanks.
My 2013 works perfectly and has not had any issues.

I disconnected the battery, waited a minute or two and reconnected. All is looking good right now. Thanks for the input.
Great, glad it got it going. You might check with the dealer again as there might be a software upgrade that addresses this and other issues.

I also tried a batt. disconnect today. Hey, it worked. Hope it holds because now I have to re-enter radio and phone settings. But thanks a lot anyway. Bill

I think that if I have an issue with it again, I will call the dealer, but for now, "if it works, don't fix it". Thanks again.
