My 2012 limited Subaru Outback engines seized. I
am thinking I should sell it at this point instead of
investing the few thousand to repair it. Would
anyone have any idea of what I should expect/ ask
for

Is your Outback one of the years and models covered by the extended warranty Subaru sent out? I just got a new short block installed in my 2013 Outback with 88,000 miles due to excessive oi consumption. Might be worth checking into.
