Can my 2003 dodge Dakota v6 motor be dropped into a 2002 v8 durango

I'm thinking of buying this 2002 durango that has a
bad rod knock and was wondering is it possible to
drop my 2003 dodge Dakota v6 motor into the
durango and if motor will bolt up to the trans in the
durango???? Anyone know if this is possible

The transmission will match..Don't waste your time. buy the correct V8 engine if you want to repair the '02 Durango or drive the '03 V6 Dakota. LOTS of work but anything can be done.

Don't have money for new engine probly gonna fix it hopeing the v8 is just a rod bearing needing replaced
