Serviced my 2012 Honda CR-V (oil and filter). After they were done, drove 3 miles, no acceleration, car shakes, sputters. Oil light, EPS light and check engine light come on. car is dead. Ideas?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Bought brand new with 19 miles on it.  Very adamant about maintenance and getting it serviced as recommended by Honda.  We were at the 15% for the oil change and took it in for service.  I'm thinking they didn't put new oil in and left it dry.

It's back at the dealer where we had it serviced so unfortunately we can't check the oil. of course that was an afterthought that we wish we had done while sitting on the side of the road waiting for the tow. They are telling us it's an electrical problem, but we've never had an issue before and we drove it 1-1/2 hours to get to the dealer and no problems whatsoever (live in a very small town). So I just don't know. I find it difficult to believe we have an electrical problem pop up 3 miles after we left the dealer and the oil light comes on. Tis a mystery for sure. Thanks for your response!
