2002 durango tran,s makes a noise in reverse only when it,s cold tran,s has no problem,s with shifting or driveing

transmission makes a noise in reverse only when it is cold no problems with any other gears  when engine warms up no noise at all the fluid is at the proper level hot.......the fluid is clean and pink................
