Do you mean ,engine want turn or engine will turn and no crank?
Somebody should test the voltage in the battery. A battery can fail instantaneously. If the battery tests fine, and if Ford was still using the remote starter solenoid in 2003, one can jumper across the solenoid to verify that the starter engages and cranks. If that happens, my guess would be a problem in the ignition circuit. Maybe a broken wire in the steering column or a failed fusible link.
Check the battery and battery connections first. If that is all goo then try starting it in neutral, the neutral safety switch could be the issue. Also check the battery connection to the solenoid mounted on the starter.
