Ford Edge 2014

Asked by Kelly4613 Jun 13, 2019 at 03:09 PM about the 2013 Ford Edge SEL AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My Edge's heat wont shut off even when I hit the button to off.  Just keeps blowing hot air.  I can't turn it down.  It doesn't respond on the screen either when I hit the AC button.

Sometimes those electronic controls get confused and have to be rebooted. Maybe disconnecting the battery a few minutes will reset things.
