2013 Ford Edge with High Mileage?

I'm looking at buying a 2013 Ford Edge with 162k miles. Is that really high
mileage for a Ford Edge? How long should I expect it to last? Will I spend a
fortune on repairs with that high of mileage?

The water pump needs replacing about every 80k miles and that job is about 1500 at a cheap dealer… and transmission will probably die soon unless it is was serviced regularly
