Keypad shortcuts on my 2013 Ford Edge Limited allows me to lock and/or unlock all the doors using my keypad. My old combo for opening trunks does not work on this vehicle and no advice in the owners manual. I do have a power lift/close so is that the reason? Any advise is certainly appreciated.

You should have a card in the glovebox, white in color with the original factory code. Use it to reset the numbers.

Sorry, I should have added that I tried that. On all my other Ford vehicles with keypads, you imput the 5 digit code that unlocks the drivers door. Immediatelyafter, if you add another number or numbers, it unlocks all doors. Additionally, if I wanted to pop the trunk from the key pad, I input the 5 digit code and hit the 5 & 6 at the same time immediately after which would pop the trunk. That combo isn't working on this vehicle and no information in the manual on this or any other shortcuts except the above mentioned unlocking of all doors one. Wondering if because of the power liftgate.
