How do I replace back seat car light?

Asked by boomersoonerfan5 Jul 19, 2014 at 06:36 AM about the 2012 Volkswagen Jetta Base

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hello, I just bought a used 2012 jetta volkswagan from a chevy dealer, and the automatic
car light, for the back seats, won't come on when  you open the back doors. Should I
take it to the dealer and have them fix it, or try to replace the bulb myself?

Take it back to the dealer. This is a safety issue, something that the selling dealer should take care of.
