how do i get my timing back on my 02 vw jetta

i changed my timing belt and cant get back on,the tensioner wont give me enough clearance to put belt on

take the timing cover off and inspect the marks at TDC, the camshaft, the 'silent cam' and tensioner according to the drawing, will cough one up...takes a few moments~
