put a little soap in a spray bottle and spray the areas that are grabbin'-

take it a millimeter at a time---you'll work it on.

Don't strain your neck or get stressed out...it isn't goin' anywhere soon~

Don't expect it to stretch diagonally, this is why you must work it on a millimeter at a time~

use a small piece of wood to "slap" it into position~

Doesn't this one have a pre-loaded tensioner? you must push it in, then there's a pin to hold it back untlil you are ready to tension it then release the pin and the torsional spring will assume the role of tensioning the thing.
