2013 Ford Explorer drivers side door unlocks with no key fob

Asked by Jonelle32 Jul 14, 2019 at 04:48 PM about the 2013 Ford Explorer Limited

Question type: General

The drivers side door will unlock when I touch it after I've
locked it and do not have the key fob.  It  is the only one
that unlocks and then the alarm says it will sound in 10
seconds.  How do I keep this from happening? My car is
not secure if anyone can walk up to the drivers door and
open it.

I suggest you do not mess with the security features of the vehicle unless you are proficient with repairs of such items. You could cause more problems than you have now. Get it to a reputable shop for service.
