Repair guides list procedure for replacing oil pan in vehicle, so to answer your question, yes. But not an easy task, a LOT of parts have to be moved and engine still lifted, just not removed. If this is a DIY, you also have to be carefule what you use to scrape oil pan gasket material, use plastic scrapers only.

No, you do not have to pull the motor. You have to drop the exhaust, remove belt, and unbolt the AC compressor (its mounted on the oil pan). Also the oil pan is wedged between bell housing and timing cover. The trans mount is also in the way but you can maneuver around it once the exhaust is down. There is no gasket, you have to use RTV and re- installing is more difficult then removal. I recommend removing the ac compresser bolt from the oil pan on install.. then re-install once the pan is up.
