Car won't start, but cranks over

Make sure battery has a full charge. Have a helper crank it while you check for spark at the plugs. If you have spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure. Also, check fuel injector pulse. If you missing everything, I have to check for cam and crank sensor signals. Any applicable trouble codes? If you can narrow problem down to one system, spark--fuel--whatever, we can check that one system.

Spray some quick start in the throttle body and see if it runs for a bit, this will determine if it's fuel related. Is still doesn't start, check for spark at the plugs. Do a compression test. If you haven't replaced timing belt at 75,000 miles, it might be broken.
