Coolant keeps saying to refill when its already full

My 2012 Bmw 328i keeps saying coolant
level low refill but ive checked the coolant
and its full, but it isnt throwing out cold air?

I would suspect the coolant level sensor is dirty or faulty and needs replacing. Maybe even a wiring problem. No cold air from the AC might just mean you need the system serviced.
