The undercarriage vent of my 2013 Dodge Dart Rallye came off

Asked by ofckeeton Nov 19, 2018 at 08:08 AM about the 2013 Dodge Dart Rallye FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My wife was driving the car last night. When
she got into town and was about to fuel, she
heard a horrible metal grinding sound. Once
stopped, she looked under the car and saw a
vent like piece hanging by the passenger tire.
She drove to a friends house and had them
take it off, as to not cause anymore damage.
Does this need replaced or can it go without
one?
