What do you mean by reset? Did you remove the radio and now you need the code to turn it back on or are you trying to reset the stations?
Radio would randomly shut off and won't turn back on. I was trying to locate the reset button
Sounds more like your radio is failing. Forget factory replacements, go with aftermarket.
Car toys, Best Buy or maybe even Crutchfield. Good hunting.
Do you think an aftermarket radio will work if some of the wiring or fuses are bad? I'm thinking what if the radio has a bad connection inside, then getting a new radio wouldn't solve that issue
Whoever installs the new unit should run dedicated switched power and a stable ground for the unit, also if you have steering wheel controls you will need a module for that system. So a new aftermarket unit will not use any internal radio components you now have, just the speaker wiring and stock speakers.
