when do i change spark plugs on my 2013 sorento 4 cyl.  I have 105k miles on
it

Yes. And aluminum head(s) so be gentle, patient, and don't strip it. Engine must be cold. I use penetrating oil and turn back and forth. Put "never seize" lube on the new plugs for next time.
