why interior heating does never feel warm

My CX_5 always feels cool even when cranked up to 29 c . most vehicles I drive I have to turn heating down after a short while but the CX5 I need to keep my coat on the entire journey on cold days . any solutions ?

It may be that the thermostat needs replacing, this keeps the engine at operating temperature.
