CX5 - 2013 - screen won't turn on

Asked by Sami Dec 29, 2021 at 01:19 AM about the 2013 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hello,

The monitor suddenly stopped displaying info. Audio/CD/Bluetooth all work
fine, however the screen displays dark blue color.

I was suggested to reset its settings by pressing MUTE, NAV, and BACK
buttons for 10 seconds. But I do not have the MUTE and the BACK buttons. I
have a 2013 CX5, Grand Touring.

Can you please advise?

Thanks

Got it working again... The electrician simply rebooted its system. Told me it might got bit brutally while whipping it. Told me also though that the screen is not in a good shape, issue might occur again, in that case a screen change is necessary.
