I bought parts for my 2001durango though it had a 5.9v engine but its a 4.7v. I bought driver wheel hub, tie rods and ball joints. I had someone put them on before I realized what my engine size was. Will it harm my truck or do I need to remove and start over?

what parts were they? the 5.2 and the 5.9 were essentially the same, but the 4.7 is completely different, and most of the parts won't fit.
