2013 honda accord exl v6 won't start intermittently - why?

When I push the start button I get a lot of clicks and dashboard lights, but it won't start.  has happened 3 times this month.  had it checked out at dealer but they couldn't find anything other than have me change my filters.  I make sure everything is turned off before I turn the car off and yet it's still happening.  have to get a jump to get it going.  has 90,000 miles on it.

Find a new dealer! Your's are assholes. It is obviously and electrical issue.
