Engine clicks at early morning start

Every morning when we first start the car
there is a clicking noise coming from down
below the engine at the oil pan area
It sound like something there clicking as it
turn.

after some time when the engine get warm
the click sound stops

anyone know what can it be? Do you have
the same with your car?
can that cause an additional issues?
should I take it to the dealer?

Just came back from the dealer, look like this is a common issue with the tension belt Polly, the dealer ask for $650 which sound crazy to me (3hr work where on YouTube there 20 min videos doing the same from A to Z...) Can I do it myself? Recommendation?
