I have a BMW I live in Florida I have noticed my car run more cooler at idling than running

My car BMW  run more cooler at idling
than running sometime running reach
to 108 to 109 c (226,228)  at almost
idling at 90c (194) there is normal

I would service the cooling system - flush, hoses, new coolant etc. Try Water Wetter in the coolant which may lower your operating temperature.
