Could be medium to extreme serious problem.. such as freeze plugs in the block being bad, to cracked block, or even minor such as a damaged or loose hose from the radiator. You need to look and see where the water is coming from.. if it is coming from the block look to see if it is coming from the freeze plugs that can be fixed relatively easy. If it is coming from above the freeze plugs.. it is serious enough to consider a crate engine.
