Has anyone gotten information on a suit against Nissan for the CVT in Altimas?

I bought a brand new 2013 Altima and last month with only 138,000 miles and 2
car payments left the transmission died.  It's been a frustrating 2 months as
after getting a refurbished transmission for 3100, the car is now breaking in
other ways.  I can't wait to sell it and will NEVER buy another Nissan.

I doubt you will have any luck with a suit regarding a car with 138,000 miles on it. No one gives a lifetime mechanical warranty on cars.

I know that! There currently is a suit against Nissan. They are knowingly selling CTV transmissions that fail.
