can't see climate control buttons at night

How can I get the dashboard lights to illuminate the climate control buttons at night? It
stay completely dark. Been through everything on the manual and can't make them
illuminated so I can find the buttons at night time.

Is the dimmer turned up? The 2014 model has a software update that solves this problem. I'm not sure if it applies to the 2013

Sounds like the bulb(s) may have burnt out, the fuse(s) may have burnt out or there are issues with the electrical system or any of above. Have a local technician look at it.
