Possible transmission problem?

I have a 2013 Nissan Altima and sometime when I push
the gas to accelerate it doesn't "go" it acts as though it's
in neutral, I can push the gas petal all the way down and
nothing happens .... any suggestions???

No codes, and I recently bought the car so I don't know much of the maintenance history.
