One of my turn signals (left rear) doesn't flash, and the relay on the left side is fast.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The right side works, front and rear. The left front works but is fast. Left rear doesn't work at all (and neither does the left trailer light.)

In Hazard mode, all but the left rear work at the proper speed. I have tried swapping the bulb and socket, and pulling and re-seating the relay. What next?
