Absolutely! As long as you match the outer circumference of the tire fairly closely your speedometer will stay pretty accurate. Things to keep in mind is lighter wheels will improve throttle response and handling (less unsprung weight), smaller outer circumference will improve acceleration and lower your car a tad at the expense off fuel economy and larger outer circumference will improve fuel economy (mostly on thr highway) at the expense of less acceleration and will raise your car a tad. Too big/ wide and you could encounter rubbing/ scrubbing
