Dash lights not coming on

I have a 2013 Cadillac CTS Coupe. Sometimes, when I start the car, the dash
lights do not illuminate and the area where the radio stations and navigation
tools display is totally dark. At first, it was just for a few minutes, but today they
didn't come on for about 10 minutes after I started driving, and then they came
on, and then went off again. How can I ever replicate this for the dealer to fix?

Transient anomalies that generate intermittent problems are difficult for the dealer to find unless they know how to duplicate it. See if you can narrow it down. Does it only happen when it's cold out? Or after the car has been off for more than 8 hours? Or some other condition? The more information you can provide, the easier it will be for the mechanic to duplicate.
Did you ever fond out why that was happening with your dash? Im having the same problem and cant find resolution
I had to take it to a really good dealer and there was some wiring issues in the door and the dash. But I had to take it to a couple of dealers before they would admit or were able to pinpoint a problem. Good luck :)
