In my opinion, your power windows use a circuit breaker, all windows get voltage from the same source. So, if some windows work and some don't, the voltage source isn't the problem. Maybe problem with master switch on driver door, but, I can't be positive? I hate to see you replace something and it not fix it. If a window motor goes out, it's usually the driver side door, first, because you use it so much more than the others, at least I do.
