I bought a 2000 Durango 5.9 360 for $800 with the knowledge it's smoking and needs a head job. I'm not super knowledgeable of mechanics but decent enough to get by and do motor swaps.

Asked by Steve Apr 20, 2014 at 03:44 PM about the 2000 Dodge Durango SLT 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

What should I look at to determine
what really needs to be done?? And
if I need to replace the
heads....Where's the best/most
inexpensive but reliable place to
order??
