why does my car blow cold air when the heat is on ?

it does not overheat or anything and it switches from top to front to feet and
the air in the car works great the fans kick on and off , I just dont understand
why its not blowing hot when i switch it to heat.

First it sounds like the air ducts arn't working correctly ... when I customer complained of cold and and no hot air it was a bad thermostat .. Change your thermostart and make sure you add a couple of gallons of brand new anti-freeze ..
