Why does my 2000 Dodge Intrepid blows cold when it's turned to heat and we changed the thermostat and it put new antifreeze in and it still blows cold . What do I need to check next.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When I drained the car of the water /
antifreeze when I changed the
thermostat it was a brownish color
and looked like it had darker spots in
it like something was mixed in with it.
