Our 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan with a basic radio:. The satellite radio works, the time works, but the am/FM only works for very short periods very sporadically. Any suggestions to fix the problem?

The am/ Fm part of the 2013 Dodge Grand caravan basic radio only works
sporadically.  The rest of the radio works.

Maybe the antenna? Is there static like bad reception or does it just go silent? If not a poor connection from the antenna I would say the radio itself was likely faulty.
