My passenger Headrest popped open

Passengers headrest just popped and is now
exposed...in the last two years I see people have
complained about it...so dodge need to fix this

Dodge is not going to fix a 7 year old car that has been out of warranty for years.

Over time the plastic retaining pin brackets break. You are looking at replacing the headrest. Contact the dealer for a repair. As you found out it is a common problem.
