could be your window switch. all the other windows work properly? was there any funny noise when you try to roll it up?
see if you can jump the wires to close , if you can jump the wires then just get a new switch.
Did you figure it out? Our 2014 is doing the exact same thing right now after it poured rain and the door was flooded. Wondering if it just needs to dry out or something but it hasn't done this before and we've had it for a year.
When first starting vehicle driver window goes down automatically and then when I roll it up it won't do anything.
