I have a 2013 Dodge Journey and the rear ac vents suddenly stopped blowing. I have checked the only three actutors behind the glove box I could find but nont of them control the airflow to the back. Do you know where I can find this actutor that controls the rear or is it something different?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
The auto parts store advised that the Journeys only have one blower and that there is a
blower door that is not switching. Where do i find this blower door or is it built into the
blower and I have to replace the whole unit? Any advise is greatly appreciated.

If that actuator door is like other actuator doors I can't understand why you don't take it to the dealer ,,, that cars just 2 years old and must still be under warranty , Check to see if there is a service bulletin or recall. Most diverter doors and vacuum actuator repairs are not for the meek
We do a lot of travel so it actually has 52,000 miles and the warranty stopped at 36,000. No service bulletin or recall for this specific problem. Thank you for your time.
Did you ever resolve this? I am having the same problem with mine currently, the front blower works fine only rear is not blowing
Change the blower actuator. Located behind the glove box. Took me about 10 minutes pretty easy to do! I think the actuator was about $20.
Fyi everything seemed to be functioning fine in my car just didn't have heat on one side
