My heat stop blowing out, so I hooked up a targo switch. Heat comes out just very slow. What can I do to get it back on track?

Some times blower resistors go bad just from age others because the blower motor is drawing to many amps and cooks them, may need to check the wiring connector on the resistor to make sure it isn't melted. If it is your gonna need a new blower motor new resistor and new connector package for the resistor
