how to set the timing on 2000 dodge neon 2.0

i have replaced the timing belt,and ive found the timing mark on the crankshaft but i cant
find the mark on the harmonic balancer. please help me

THE CRANK MARK IS behind PULLY. ON CRANK GEAR AND OIL PUMP. HOW THE HELL DID YOU CHANGE BELT TENTIONER AND WATERPUMP W COVER ON? BECAUSE THE BALANCER PULLY HAS TO COME OFF FOR ACCESS
