what to do about a 2000 dodge neon overheating?

I have a 2000 dodge neon that is overheating. I have changed the thermostat,
the water pump and timing belt,  and radiator. I don't know what else to do.
Any advise?

You don't mention fan, why. Put in a/c mode a fan should go on. Also after it reaches operating temp and starts to rise a fan should go on. If engine light goes on because overheats immediiatey shut off, you could blow engine. If fan doesn't go on its fan or an sensor on engine. Also are you loosing antifreeze and adding all the time, if so why?

Try doing a good cooling system flush Prestone Super flush is really good. Maybe some ports in the engines cooling system could be partially clogged.

Check your radiator fan if it doesn't turn on after sitting awhile, it may be as simple as just a radiator fan relay...
