2013 Jeep Wrangler the radio volume

The radio volume won’t go up or down it
stays at 0 and I have no sound in the
speakers. But the power button to turn on
the radio still works which is weird because
it’s the same knob. If I push it to turn it on it’s
fine. But when I turn it to turn the volume up
it stays at 0 no matter how long I turn the
knob for please help

I'm having the exact same problem, just started last week. '13 Sahara Unlimited.
