I broke my rear passenger tail light on my 2013 T&C Touring-L. Ordered the part, but when I install it (super easy to do), start the car and test it, the lights outside won't work at all on the replacement, and the interior turn signal, when I test it, does a rapid blink several times and then doesn't blink. Non of the lights work on the tail light when brake is pressed or lights turned on to test it. Dealership agrees that lights are LED, but doesn't know why. Can't find OEM match online. What's the problem??

I had a similar situation when I tried to upgrade and It wouldn't work, try getting the correct one, you need to pay more but it can be ordered at the dealership
