What would cause abs traction control and stabilizer lights to come on

Traction control stabilizer light and abs light are on
and every now and then drivers frot tire makes a
noise what could be the problem

The wire from the wheel speed sensor is bad. Trust me. It sounds like your tire is rubbing on plastic. Changed all kinds of stuff and it was a weak spot in wire. They are stretched and after time get weak. Costs like $45.
