2013 Impala

I have a 2013 Impala. around 65,000 miles on it. I have had both front
bearing assembly replaced. after I had the last one replaced we noticed it
was making quite a bit of noise when hitting bumps like something was
loose in front end. took it in had it checked, they said they couldn't find
anything wrong. last night wife said she heard a pop and now the car will
go in reverse with no problem but won't go forward. acts like something is
locked up. it will move a little and then just stops like a hard brake. any
Ideas?

Yes, something broke but nothing that you can see. Something internal or covered. It will move forward if you give it gas but grinds and jerks. It only does it going forward. Backing up, it seems fine.
