Remove trim, use a carpet knife to carefully cut the old gasket. Wear gloves and eye protection. You may be able to push the glass out at this point, but sometimes the gasket sealant needs to be cut away as well. Work slowly unless you don't care about busting the glass. Repair any rust in the bed area by welding, or use POR15. Do NOT use bondo, it isn't waterproof and will only make the problem worse. Once the bed is prepared, you have two choices: install the gasket and work the glass into it, or put the gasket on the glass and work the entire assembly into the frame. I prefer to install the gasket. You'll need a couple of helpers either way. With th gasket in place, apply lube to the glass edge, set the bottom in place and work up both sides, prying the gasket around the glass edge while your helper gently pushes the glass into place. Use plastic tools, be patient. Frankly, I call a glass repair place for the installation, it's faster, cheaper, and lets me work on other stuff.
