Fuel gauge not responding

Asked by Justwondering92 Jul 05, 2019 at 10:28 PM about the 1999 Dodge Durango SLT 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Been having some issues with the fuel gauge
reading properly. Filled it up the other day but my
gauge doesn't read over half a tank. When I do fuel
up it usually takes a little for the needle  to go up, I
was thinking maybe the needle is sticky or the float
is getting stuck. Any thoughts on my theories
would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
